Middle-Of-The-Night Political Phone SPAM

The phone rings around 4:00 AM. *I'm* not getting up to answer it. DaGeek does but by the time he gets to the phone it's already gone to voice mail. He checks to see if a message was left. He doesn't see any. Comes back to bed.

I get up at 8:00 and check voice mail just for S's&G's. There's a voice mail message from an area code in the Santa Clara/San Jose/Sunnyvale CA area. Over 2 minutes of voice mail! It seems to be a political interview or program of some sort. I don't recognise the voice. Maybe one of you will? I've attached the .wav file for your listening pleasure....or not.

Isn't this kind of thing illegal?
